Moisture Content Determination Methods

Moisture content is determined mainly by two methods:

1. Direct Method (Primary Method): The accuracy of moisture content determination by direct method is high, hence these methods are used by research workers.

2. Indirect Method (Secondary Method):This methods are faster and mostly employ the electrical properties of the grains.
